Chad Caruso, a Long Island, New York native, has built a reputation as a daring skateboarder through challenges like his “50 Tricks 50 States” journey. His passion for endurance skating led to ambitious feats, culminating in a historic solo cross-country push that tested physical and mental limits.

In March 2023, Caruso departed Venice Beach, California, on a 5,089 kilometers trek to Virginia Beach, Virginia, completing it in 57 days, 6 hours, and 56 minutes. With just a backpack and unaltered board hardware, he set a Guinness World Record for the fastest male skateboard crossing, averaging 88 kilometers daily amid harsh conditions.
