Illegal mining operations sees eleven apprehended

HEKPOORT – During a joint Illegal Mining Operations in the Hekpoort and Magaliesburg precincts, members of SAPS, Vispol, and the Gauteng Traffic Wardens apprehended 2 suspects for illegal mining and 9 for contravening the Immigration Act. Various illegal mining equipment was confiscated during the operation.
