Parliamentary Portfolio Committee oversight visit to Madibeng

BRITS – On 25 February 2025, the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Sport, Arts and Culture conducted oversight on two infrastructure projects in Madibeng.

The Committee is on an oversight visit to the North West Province from 24 – 26 February 2025 to assess the state of sports and cultural infrastructure within the province and to evaluate their impact on community development and engagement.

In Madibeng, the Committee visited the yet to be completed Madidi Recreational Centre in Madidi and Lethabong Community Library in Maboloka.
