Boyfriend attacks woman during domestic dispute

CLAIRWOOD – A forty (40) year old female has declined to open a criminal case after she was attacked & injured by her live-in boyfriend. Officers received the call for assistance from neighbors at Chubbys Garage at approx 13h15 Monday afternoon, reporting a stabbing.

Officers arrived on scene & established that the couple had been fighting for three consecutive days. According to the victim, she was attacked with a plank with metal nails on the end. The home was extensively damaged during the fight. The girlfriend sustained bodily injuries but declined to register a criminal case.
