Officers catch thief pulling electric cable with vehicle

GAUTENG – During routine patrols, Fox Security officers noticed a vehicle driving along Potgieter Rd pulling an electric cable on the side of the vehicle.

Reaction officers tried stopping the vehicle but the driver refused to stop, after a few hundred meters, the officer intercepted the vehicle and the driver got out and started running away.

The officers gave chase and managed to apprehend the suspect along with the stolen cable. The suspect was detained at Brackendowns SAPS for further investigations. Well done to the officers for the outstanding job.
