Robbers threaten to severe job seekers penis
TONGAAT – A 28 year old man returning from a job interview was accosted by robbery suspects who threatened to severe his penis on Tuesday afternoon. RUSA officers were called out to Canary Crescent in Flamingo Heights at approximately 17:59 after the victim sought assistance from residents.
On arrival, the man informed Reaction officers that he was retuning from a job interview and decided to take a short cut through a sugar cane plantation from Inyaninga to his residence in Gwala’s Farm. While walking through the cane field the victim was confronted by two men armed with knives who attacked him.
The suspects were in the process of severing his penis but he begged them to take his valuables and not harm him. The robbers thereafter stole his pants, shoes, R20 in cash and his Samsung cellphone. The male then fled to a residence in Flamingo Heights where he sought assistance. He sustained a laceration to his arm during the attack. He was transported to the Tongaat Clinic for medical attention.
