Operation leads to arrest of four hijackers

BRITS – Four suspected hijackers were quickly arrested during an operation led by Protego Security Group reaction officers in Brits. Information was received regarding a group of suspects stealing vehicles in and around Brits. The suspects were traced and arrested after being caught tampering with the ignition of a VW Polo.

Operation Successes:

• 4 x suspects arrested.
• 1 x signal jammer recovered.
• 4 x computer boxes recovered.
