Shop owner killed in cold blood with hammer

KATHU – A chilling and brutal crime unfolded on October 8, 2024, when a Pakistani shop owner in Kathu, was brutally attacked and killed with a hammer. A viral video shows the victim cleaning his shop before two men approached him under the guise of customers.

Inside, one suspect struck him in the head multiple times with a hammer, while the other broke security cameras – unaware that footage was already recorded. SAPS together with other key role players are busy investigating the brutal hammer murder.
