U-turn cause mototcycle accident near Village Mall

HARTBEESPOORT – The H.E.M.S team responded to an accident involving a bakkie and a motorcycle. The accident occurred in Tielmann str, near Village Mall. Allegedly the driver of the bakkie attempted a U-turn in the path of an oncoming motorcycle.

Upon arrival the motorcyclist was found to have sustained moderate injuries. The injured motorcyclist was stabilized on scene and transported to a hospital in Brits for further treatment. Fortunately, no other individuals were injured in the accident. A big thanks to all emergency units for scene control and clean-up!
