Madibeng mayor officially opens the KL Road

MABOLOKA – The Mayor of Madibeng Local Municipality, Cllr. Douglas Maimane officially opened the newly paved 2,2km KL road in Maboloka on Friday, 26 July 2024. Joined by members of Mayoral Committee, local councillors and the traditional leadership of Maboloka, the Executive Mayor thanked everybody that played a role in the success of the project.

“Let me thank the people of Maboloka, the local councillors, the traditional leadership and the contractor for ensuring that the municipality delivers a good product such as this road. You would recall that at some point the construction of this road was halted due poor performance by the first contractor until we appointed the current contractor who did a wonderful job as you can see. This new road would go a long way in benefiting the people of Maboloka” said the Executive Mayor.
