Tracker leads SAPS to hijacked vehicle, suspect arrested

GAUTENG – While conducting crime prevention operations in Ekurhuleni, members of the GTP and Wardens Saturation units received a tracker code about a hijacked motor vehicle. The officials swiftly responded and found two male suspects, who tried to flee the scene. Following a chase, one suspect, found in possession of an unlicensed firearm and belongings of the victim, was arrested, and the hijacked vehicle was recovered.
