ATM bombers nabbed during intense operations

GAUNTENG – A team was established after information was received regarding suspects involved in ATM bombings within the Gauteng, North West and Mpumulanga area. A raid was conducted with various role players in the Ramaphosa informal settlement.

A total of 5 suspects were arrested. All five suspects are positively linked to several ATM Bombings. One Shotgun and ammunition was recovered on scene. There has been a large increase in ATM bombings over the past few months. We are positive that more arrests will follow.
