Sasko workers killed after handing money to robbers

CAPE TOWN – A distressing video that has made the rounds on social media shows three people getting shot at and killed during a robbery in Delft, Cape Town.

According to reports, the three victims were Sasko employers, and the incident happened inside one of the bread delivery trucks. Dashcam footage of the fatal shooting, which occurred on Thursday while the workers were delivering bread, has sparked outrage in the community.

The video shows the three victims laughing and talking in the vehicle when the robbers approach them, holding up guns. Sadly, even after the victims handed over the cash, the criminals proceeded to open fire, killing two of the workers instantly.

There are reports that one of the three men survived the barbaric and senseless act, although he was severely wounded. The men who were killed were the driver and one of the assistants. Vehicle Trackers also shared the video on X, formerly known as Twitter, urging South Africans to help and identify the perpetrators.
