Brutal vehicle collision leaves multiple injured

BRITS – Early on Saturday morning, the H.E.M.S and Station 21 Fire & Rescue teams responded to a serious collision on the Lethlabile road.

On their arrival at scene, multiple patients were found with injuries ranging from moderate to serious, all patients were treated on scene and transported by H.E.M.S and other services to hospitals in Brits for further treatment.

As investigations into the circumstances surrounding the collision continue, authorities urge motorists to exercise caution on the roads, adhere to speed limits, and always remain vigilant. Such preventative measures are essential in reducing the risk of accidents and safeguarding the well-being of all road users.
