Vehicle collides into light pole after close-call

TONGAAT – A yellow VW Golf collided into a light pole on Gopalall Hurbans Road early on Saturday morning. Members of RUSA arrived on scene at approximately 05:31 and met with the driver of the vehicle. He explained that he veered off the road after avoiding a bakkie. The driver was not injured. An investigation is underway.
