Hijacker arrested on R59 highway

ALBERTON – CPS Security Tactical team members received a call from a Tracker South Africa member stating that a hijacked truck which was taken from the Orange farm area was entering Alberton.

Tactical units intercepted the hijacked truck together with Tracker and attempted to stop the truck. The suspect jumped out the moving truck and attempted to flee on foot but was swiftly apprehended. Thank you also to EMPD CLU for the quick assistance!
