Taxi driver flees after crashing taxi into fast food store

VERULAM – Minor injuries were reported after a minibus taxi drove into a fast food outlet on Moss Street in the Verulam CBD on Saturday morning. Members of Reaction Unit South Africa arrived on scene at approximately 08:57.

It was established that three children sustained minor injuries after a blue Toyota Hiace taxi they were passengers in crashed into a fast food outlet. The driver fled the scene prior to the arrival of First Responders.
