Minors injured in head-on collision
REDCLIFFE – Fifteen (15) people including two minor children were injured in a head on collision on Oakford Road in Redcliffe on Friday afternoon.
A passerby contacted RUSA at approximately 12:38 requesting assistance at the scene. Reaction Officers and RUSA Paramedics were immediately dispatched and on arrival established that a two week old baby & a one month old child were amongst the fifteen injured.
A white Toyota Hiace mini bus and a blue Chevrolet Aveo with extensive front end damages were located on scene. The injured were stabilised before being expedited to hospital.
