Two injured after vehicle plows into restaurant

BALLITO – IPSS Medical Rescue received reports of a motor vehicle that had driven into a restaurant in the Ballito area. On arrival of paramedics it was established that the driver of the vehicle began experiencing mechanical difficulties with the vehicle when it suddenly accelerated forwards and crashed into the restaurant.

Two people sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious. The patients was assessed and treated by IPSS Medical Rescue paramedics and transported to a nearby facility for further care.
