Animals saved while house was on fire
BRINDHAVEN – Members of Reaction Unit South Africa were standing down at the scene of a house on fire on the corner of Honeysuckle Road & Allamanda Road in Brindhaven. Reaction Officers were dispatched to the property at approximately 14:29 after receiving multiple calls for assistance from residents.
On arrival, part of the home was discovered engulfed in flames. RUSA Members and the community removed four (4) dogs from the property as the blaze ravaged through the home. The owners were not on the property at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported.
