Robbery suspects flee scene, one arrested

ALBERTON – CPS Security control room received a call from a member of the public, stating that two suspects were breaking into a business premises. Reaction officers responded and stood off within minutes. The two suspects had fled on foot with the stolen items. One suspect was apprehended and the second suspect managed to escape.

Thank you Alberton SAPS for the quick assistance. They also attemtped to track down the second suspect at a local informal settlement in 2nd ave. Unfortunately no further arrests were made. Job well done guys.
