Five (5) suspects arrested during complaince checks

GAUTENG – Members of the South African Police Service, Gauteng Traffic Police together with the Crime Prevention Wardens infrastructure unit from the Northern Corridor conducted scrapyard and liquor trading complaince checks. Two (2) suspects were arrested for failure to register their businesses. Another two (2) suspects were arrested for contravening the Liquor Act and one (1) suspect was arrested for being in possession of illegal gambling equipment.
