Vehicle plunges over bridge

BUFFELSDRAAI – A member of the public arrived at RUSA HQ at 22h58 on Sunday night and reported an accident on Buffelsdraai Road. Members of Reaction Unit South Africa were immediately dispatched and on arrival discovered that a white Renault Triber plunged over a bridge. A man who claimed to be a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the incident was on scene. He informed Reaction Officers that the driver proceeded out prior to their arrival. It could not be established if he left to seek medical attention. The passenger also sustained injuries in the accident and was transported privately to a medical facility.
