SAPS clamped down on another illegal mining den

PRETORIA – intervention disruptive ops in Ekurhuleni, Springs policing precinct, has resulted in the arrest of four (4) undocumented persons found in the vicinity of an illegal mining site. During the operations, SAPS seized illegal mining equipment such as pendukas and gas cylinders. Interventions from SAPS and all relative services will continue in the province until illegal mining has been stabilised.
