Hijacked vehicle found partially stripped

GAUTENG – Information received of a Blue C63 Mercedes Benz that was hijacked in the Florida Area by armed suspects. The lookout was given by Cartrack and SAPS Radio Control. The operational team at the time was following up info on a different matter when they received the lookout and proceeding to given co-ords while tasking their informants with the information of the vehicle.

The team followed up info in various areas together with Cartrack the service provider for the vehicle. Information then lead the team to the whereabouts of the vehicle where it was successfully recovered partially stripped in the Lawley Kokotela area, a known hotspot for stripping of vehicles. The vehicle was taken to Lenasia VIS. Job well done gents!
