MCS students learn about rich South African culture
HARTBEESPOORT – The Grade 5 Mountain Cambridge School learners recently had a fantastic educational experience at the Ditsong National Museum of Cultural History. Accompanied by their dedicated teachers, the young explorers immersed themselves in the museum’s awe-inspiring collections and captivating exhibitions. The museum offered a wealth of knowledge about the rich cultural history of our country and beyond, making it an ideal learning environment for the students.
Throughout their visit, learners were able to witness the diverse range of artifacts, artworks, and historical displays on offer. From ancient artifacts that shed light on past civilizations to thought-provoking exhibits exploring contemporary culture, every corner of the museum provided a unique learning opportunity. The teachers were truly impressed by the enthusiasm and curiosity shown by all the Grade 5 students. They eagerly absorbed the wealth of information, actively engaging with the exhibits and asking insightful questions. It’s wonderful to see their passion for learning and their appreciation for the cultural heritage of our world.
