Suicide: man found hanging from tree

WATERLOO – Members of RUSA were standing off at a suicide in Mt. Moreland. RUSA received a call for assistance after a resident discovered a man hanging by a rope from a tree. The deceased’s identity has been confirmed. According to residents in the area, the man was residing with his girlfriend in Waterloo, but returned to the area yesterday. Circumstances leading to his suicide was not established.
