Successful arrest after Vumacam catches fuel thief

GAUTENG – A lookout was circulated to all reaction officers after fuel was stolen from a local filling station in the area. The license plate was loaded on CPS Security LPR cameras and the vehicle triggered one of the cameras in Swartkoppies road. The vehicle was stopped shortly after the alert was received. The driver was taken to Alberton SAPS where he was placed under arrest. Thank you to everyone involved bringing criminals to book.
