Paramedics arrive in time before driver burns to death

NELSPRUIT – On Tuesday night at approximately 22h00 Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to the scene of a horrific motor vehicle collision on the R40 in the Nelspruit area. On arrival on scene a high BMW was found with severe damage and on fire. Emer-G-Med paramedics worked swiftly to rapidly extricate a male driver who had suffered critical injuries. Once extricated from the wreckage he was rushed rapidly by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further care.
