Loan shark found in pool of blood

WATERLOO – A Loan Shark was discovered murdered in his residence on Pineapple Road in Waterloo yesterday morning. RUSA officers received a call from a member of the public who made the discovery at approximately 09:51. On arrival, Reaction Officers interviewed residents who confirmed that they heard gunshots at approximately 02:30AM. Officers decided to conduct a wellness check on their neighbour and discovered his front door ajar. When they peered into the house, they saw the man lying in a prone position in a pool of blood. Upon examination, RUSA Medics confirmed that the deceased was shot in the head and back. The motive for the murder has not been established at this stage.
