Hijacked vehicle with victim tied up found in ditch

BRITS – Secure Guarding patrol officers were patroling the Mamogaleskraal area when they came across a vehicle dumped in a ditch. When they approached the vehicle, a man was noticed tied up inside of the vehicle. Upon further investigation, it came to light that the man was hijacked elsewhere around Brits. When the suspects saw the security vehicles’ lights approaching, they dumped the vehicle and fled on foot. SAPS Brits were summoned to the scene, and the complaint refused medical help.
