KWV CEO to step down amidst wife’s ‘RHOWL’ comments

CAPE TOWN – KVW announced earlier today that their current CEO, Boyce Lloyd, will exit his job and be replaced by John Loomes. This while his wife, Anita Lloyd, continues to dish out sometimes controversial comments on the first season of the Real Housewives van die Wynlande (RHOWL) that airs on kykNET.
KWV has now announced that Lloyd will step down as CEO to make way for John Loomes. Many are wondering if it could have something to do with his wife’s controversial sayings on the reality show.
According to media reports, he was only supposed to step down in 2024. However, it seems KWV had other plans with him. According to a statement from KWV, the change in leadership comes after a “carefully orchestrated leadership transition,” which began in July 2022. The company states, Loomes stepped into the role of temporary COO in September 2022 and has been managing the business ever since. He will take the position of CEO as of 1 June 2023.
Since the first episode of the ‘Real Housewives van die Wynlande,’ Anita’s love of profanity and controversial comments have raised quite a few eyebrows amongst viewers. In the first episode, she went all out, describing herself as “F**cking hot.” Later she dished about her lavish home, which is “as big as a rugby field,” describing it as “next f**cking level.”
Anita Lloyd left many viewers with wide eyes after she flaunted her wealth on the reality TV show and made comments about poor people. But it was her comments on money that left many viewers speechless:
“We all serve Mammon. We are crazy about him, the money god. If I didn’t have money… I will jump off a building. It’s actually unimaginable,” she said.
