Horrific crash between two trucks on the R511

BRITS – HEMS received a call of an accident between two Trucks on the R511 Thabazimbi road. On arrival at scene two patients were found with injuries ranging from minor to serious. One patient was still entrapped in the wreckage. Station 21 Fire and Rescue also responded to the call. Using hydraulic equipment the patient was extricated from the vehicle. The patient was stabilized and transported to a hospital in Brits for further treatment. Thank you to all on scene.
