Bakkie overturns on R102, North

KZN – A female was injured after a bakkie she was a passenger in overturned on the northbound lane of the R102 near the M65. Members of RUSA were called out to the scene. On arrival, Reaction Officers discovered an extensively damaged white Colt bakkie. According to the driver, he was travelling in the direction of Tongaat when his vehicle struck a water patch. He lost control of the bakkie which overturned and landed back onto its wheels. His passenger sustained injuries in the accident. She was treated by Paramedics from a private ambulance service.
