Tiny’s Gym – Old School Pumping Iron!

BRITS – The official grand opening of the revamped old school bodybuilding gym has open its doors to the public on 25th February 2023. Everyone was in good spirits during the event, where a two hour pumping iron session was held and a meet and greet with legends of the bodybuilding community. Sponsorships from NPL – Nutritional Performance Labs was handed out to all who joined the special occasion with the “entry fee” for the day – a 2kg cat or dog food – donated to Wollies Animal Project.

The opening was met with some of the Elite of the Fitness World with the likes of Braam “Tiny” Verryne – owner of Tiny’s Gym – Active Competitor Master Bodybuilding, IFBB Chairman of North West and IFBB Bodybuilder with 30+ years’ experience. Rinaldo Mazzoncini – Masters Men’s Physic Competitor. Johan “Bossie” Bossof – owner of Bossies Gym, WFF Pro and multiple SA title winner. Lourens Rautenbach – IFBB North West Chief Judge and Former Bodybuilder. Armand Fourie – owner of Figure Fanatics Gym and Master Over 40 World Champ. Gabrie Swanepoel – Master Bodybuilder. Gawie Nel – owner of Nellas Gym and S.A Champ Master Bodybuilder and Andy Ozoho – Classic Physique and 2022 Provincials and SA’s winner. Including Esme Nel – Wellness Bikini Competitor. Engela Lombard – Ex Bikini Competitor. Marike van Coppenhagen – Bikini Competitor. Anri Mazzoncini Master Wellness Competitor and Zelmarie Fourie – IFBB Elite Pro and 2022 World Champ Bikini Competitor.

The Old School Boys will also get together each month to have training sessions together at a different gym. 6 Months on Debit Order only: R350 per month + R100 joining fee

12 Months on Debit Order only: R300 per month + R100 joining fee

12 Months Once-Off payment: R3000

Students & School learners: R200 per month + R100 joining fee

Body Assessment: R150
