Waterpipe repairs underway in Elandsrand

ELANDSRAND – The Madibeng water team was busy this morning with urgent water pipe repairs in Drakensberg street. Water that was pouring out of fire hydrants was to relieve the pressure during the repairs. The community of Elandsrand are advised to keep water stockpiled for household and toilet use during all times to prevent frustration during periods that the reservoir taps are closed or water levels are low to supply water to residents in the area.
