Hijacked vehicle recovered in Bapong

BAPONG – Secure Guarding control room was notified about a hijacked vehicle from Rustenburg heading towards Brits. Secure Guarding owner SGO and response vehicle S1 was activated from brits to the location of the said vehicle in Bapong area. At 07:40 the hijacked vehicle was recovered in the dence bushes next to the N4 weigh bridge at Bapong informal settlement, where suspects were seemingly busy stripping the vehicle to destroy the tracking unit. Mooinooi SAPS were also contacted and the scene was handed over to them. Thank you all for the successful recovery of the stolen vehicle!
