Suspects of murdered Mayor appear in court

LIMPOPO – Shumani Nematodzi 47 and 42 year old Avhatakali Mulaudzi linked with the murder of Collins Chabane Municipality mayor Moses Maluleke appeared before court earlier today, their case has been pushed back until 10 August 2022. The third suspect has been freed for lack of evidence relating to the matter. Mayor of Collins Chabane Local Municipality, Cllr Moses Maluleke (56), was gunned down at his home on Thursday, 21 July 2022. His 18 year old son was also shot and wounded in the incident.
